Surrounding the villa is the swimming pool 9mx4m which can be heated with an extra cost of £200 per week. On the area that was wooden deck now replaced with tiles there are 10 sun loungers.
There is a dinning table with 10 chairs and the charcoal BBQ in the garden. Note – Decking has now been replaced with paving, external lighting has been upgraded.
